I am fan of writing rather than video or audio recording for several reasons: you can edit, turn pages, highlight text, write comments, make notes, save it that create beauty and structured text. Written text is editable so it has beauty and balance rather than you talk without structured it. Sometimes you capture your thoughts to save and record it to avoid hindrance of flow. Writing is important in jobs but I think in these days you need to know how to write because there is globalize jobs.
